We are a fully licensed premises offering a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase on the day of your long lunch.

Our focus is on showcasing wines that reflect a blend of our international influences. Our cuisine embodies a global perspective, (using local produce), and we are fortunate to be blessed with a rich diversity of international influences in both our menu and beverages. We feature producers who share our ethos of minimal intervention, harmoniously working with the environment  and dedication to quality and craftsmanship, which results in artisan wines that are often made in small batches and may vary in availability. Alongside our thoughtfully curated wine selection, we also offer a diverse range of craft beers, spirits, and cocktails. We are proud that the quality of our list was recognised in this year's "Australian Wine List of the Year" Awards.

We also offer optional Beverage Pairing with each of our menus. Our Beverage Manager and Chef work together to find the perfect drop to complement the four courses - elevate your dining experience and let our wine team take you on a guided  journey of carefully selected beverages that celebrate some amazing growers near and far.
