CANCELATIONS

Our cancellation policy is that we require 5 days notice in order to receive a full refund; less than 5 days notice we provide a credit note for use on a meal at another time; less than 24 hours notice and we can pack your meal up as a takeaway for you or another member of your booking to collect and take home. For large group bookings, we require 7 days notice to receive a full refund if the whole booking cancels or there is a significant decrease in booking numbers. Our cancellation policy is driven by the fact that we order, harvest and start prepping food for our lunches 5 days prior to our lunches taking place.  We are striving to make our restaurant as sustainable as possible and aim to reduce any food waste and lost resources caused by booking cancellations. 


SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We happily cater for all special dietary requirements, we just need to know 48 hours in advance what they are for each member of your booking so that we can be sure that we can fully cater for each person’s needs.


BYO

We are a fully licensed premises offering a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase on the day of your feast.  We do not allow BYO.  


PETS

As we are working farm with various animals living on the property, we do NOT allow customers to bring their pets with them.  Thank you for understanding.
